9 Stewart Street, a 55,208-square-foot, 10-story boutique creative office in the booming suburb of Richmond, Melbourne. It embodies a harmonious blend of heritage preservation and contemporary innovation, paying homage to the rich industrial history of Richmond while meeting the demands of its dynamic present. Drawing inspiration from the nearby Richmond train station, our design orchestrates an architectural symphony reminiscent of interlocking railway crossings, resulting in an elegant and sophisticated addition that seamlessly integrates into its surroundings.
